Kerry Duncan is a former commercial builder/contractor and has been a REALTOR for more than 10 years.

In spring of ‘99 his wife, Georgia, joined him as a full time Realtor after having taught Special Education in Alief ISD and Katy ISD. They have lived in the City of Katy, (’old town Katy’) for 20 years and have 2 children who have gone through Katy ISD schools.
